Send Fluent Forms leads to Juiced

The Fluent Forms Pro Webhook integration can post selected fields as JSON under names you choose, with request headers, so each entry goes straight to your Juiced source.

The short version

Route: direct. A WebHook feed on the form posts JSON to https://usejuiced.com/api/v1/leads with an Authorization: Bearer header.

You need Fluent Forms Pro with the Webhooks module turned on, plus a Juiced source and its bearer token.

Choose Selected Fields for the request body. If you send all fields, Fluent Forms uses its own input names as keys, and Juiced cannot match them.

Before you start

  • Fluent Forms: Fluent Forms Pro. Fluent Forms lists Webhook as a premium feature (Webhook integration).
  • Juiced: a source, its bearer token, and the field names from the source's View API Spec page.

Step by step

  1. Create a Juiced source and token

    In Juiced, go to Ingest > Sources > New source, turn on Test mode, and click Create source. On the Authentication tab click New bearer token and copy it (it is shown once). Open Overview > More actions (⋯) > View API Spec for the endpoint and field names. See setting up a source.

  2. Turn on the Webhooks module

    In the Fluent Forms navbar, go to Integrations, search for Webhooks and turn on its toggle.

  3. Add a WebHook feed to the form

    Go to Forms, open your form and click Settings. Under Settings & Integrations, choose WebHook in the left menu and click + Add New. Enter a Name such as "Juiced".

  4. Set the URL, method and format

    Set Request URL to https://usejuiced.com/api/v1/leads, Request Method to POST and Request Format to JSON.

  5. Add the Authorization and Accept headers

    Set Request Header to the option that sends headers (the default sends none). Add a header named Authorization with the value Bearer, one space, then your token, and a header named Accept with the value application/json. The option and input labels are not spelled out in the docs, so check in your account.

  6. Map Selected Fields to Juiced keys

    Set Request Body to Selected Fields. In each row, type the Juiced key and choose the matching form input from the dropdown. The column labels can differ by version, so check in your account. Always include zip.

  7. Add conditions and save the feed

    If only some entries should go to Juiced, set Conditional Logics. Click Save Feed.

  8. Send a test lead and check Incoming logs

    Submit the live form with zip 00001. In Juiced, open Entries > Incoming logs, set the Test mode filter to Test only, open the log and click Post to see the request as received, any Validation errors and the response. When it shows Accepted, turn test mode off on the source.

Field mapping

The key in each row is free text, so type the Juiced keys exactly as View API Spec lists them.

Example request

POST https://usejuiced.com/api/v1/leads
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN
Content-Type: application/json
Accept: application/json

{
  "first_name": "Dana",
  "last_name": "Lee",
  "email": "dana@example.com",
  "phone": "5555550123",
  "zip": "00001",
  "utm_source": "facebook"
}

A 201 response with data.id, data.status and data.price means Juiced received the lead; data.status is accepted, rejected or duplicate (leads endpoint).

TrustedForm and Jornaya

Fluent Forms has no TrustedForm or Jornaya guide of its own. Add a Hidden field and load the TrustedForm script on the page with its field variable set to that hidden field's name attribute, so the certificate URL lands in a field Fluent Forms saves (TrustedForm Certify). For Jornaya, Verisk's WordPress guide uses a hidden input with the id leadid_token, or a callback that names your field (Jornaya for WordPress). Add trusted_form_cert_url or jornaya_leadid as a field in Juiced and map the hidden field to it. Submit a test and confirm the value reaches the post inspector. More in TrustedForm and Jornaya.

Troubleshooting

  • No WebHook option in the form settings. Webhook is a Pro feature, and the Webhooks module must be turned on under Integrations.
  • Did the request go out? Go to Tools > API Logs to see each call marked Success, Failed or Processing. For one entry, open its Submission Logs and the API Calls tab (API Logs).
  • 422 with fields missing. The body is sending all data under Fluent Forms names. Switch Request Body to Selected Fields and type the Juiced keys. Juiced returns error.code validation_failed with errors keyed by field.
  • 401 Unauthorized (unauthenticated). Request Header is still set to send no headers, or the value has a stray space or line break. A token also stops working 24 hours after you create a new one.
  • 201 with data.status rejected. Juiced received the lead but did not sell it. Open the log in Incoming logs to see why. More fixes in webhook troubleshooting.

Frequently asked

Does Fluent Forms have a webhook?

Yes. Fluent Forms Pro includes a Webhook integration that sends entries by GET, POST, PUT, PATCH or DELETE, in JSON or form format, with optional headers, selected fields and conditional logic.

Which Fluent Forms plan do I need for webhooks?

Fluent Forms Pro. Webhook is listed as a premium feature, and you turn on the Webhooks module under Integrations before adding a feed.

Can Fluent Forms send leads to a lead distribution platform?

Yes. A WebHook feed can post each entry as JSON with an Authorization header to the Juiced leads endpoint, where the lead is routed to buyers by their bids, caps and criteria.

How do I see whether a Fluent Forms webhook failed?

Go to Tools, then API Logs, to see each call marked Success, Failed or Processing. Open an entry’s Submission Logs and the API Calls tab for details.

How do I pass a TrustedForm certificate from Fluent Forms?

Add a Hidden field, load the TrustedForm script with its field variable set to that hidden field’s name, and map the hidden field to a field such as trusted_form_cert_url in Juiced.
