Send WPForms leads to Juiced
The WPForms Webhooks addon posts JSON with your own body keys and request headers, so each entry goes straight to your Juiced source with no connector in between.
Route: direct. A webhook on the form posts JSON to https://usejuiced.com/api/v1/leads with an Authorization: Bearer header.
You need the WPForms Elite license for the Webhooks addon, plus a Juiced source and its bearer token.
Send name and address parts with subfield Smart Tags such as {field_id="3|postal"}. Picking a whole Address field joins its parts into one value, so Juiced gets no clean zip.
Before you start
- WPForms: the Elite license, with the Webhooks addon installed and activated (WPForms Webhooks addon).
- Juiced: a source, its bearer token, and the field names from the source's View API Spec page.
- Field IDs: note the ID of each field you will send. WPForms shows it at the top of the field's General tab in Field Options, for example "(ID #3)" (locating field IDs).
Step by step
-
Create a Juiced source and token
In Juiced, go to Ingest > Sources > New source, turn on Test mode, and click Create source. On the Authentication tab click New bearer token and copy it (it is shown once). Open Overview > More actions (⋯) > View API Spec for the endpoint and field names. See setting up a source.
-
Enable webhooks on the form
Open the form in the form builder, go to Settings > Webhooks and turn on Enable Webhooks. Click the pencil icon to rename the webhook, for example "Juiced".
-
Set the URL, method and format
Set Request URL to
https://usejuiced.com/api/v1/leads, Request Method to POST and Request Format to JSON. JSON sets theContent-Typeheader toapplication/json. Leave Secret blank. -
Add the Authorization and Accept headers
Under Request Headers, add a row with the key
Authorization. For the value, choose Add Custom Value and enterBearer, one space, then your token. Add a second row,Accept, with the custom valueapplication/json. -
Map the request body to Juiced keys
Under Request Body, add one row per Juiced field. Type the Juiced key, such as
email, and pick the form field with the field selector. For name and address parts, choose Add Custom Value and enter the subfield Smart Tag from the table below. Always includezip. -
Add conditional logic if needed
To send only some entries, toggle Enable Conditional Logic at the bottom of the webhook and set the rule. Then save the form.
-
Send a test lead and check Incoming logs
Submit the live form with zip
00001. In Juiced, open Entries > Incoming logs, set the Test mode filter to Test only, open the log and click Post to see the request as received, any Validation errors and the response. When it shows Accepted, turn test mode off on the source.
Field mapping
Replace 1, 3 and so on with your own field IDs. WPForms documents these subfield Smart Tags in displaying subfield input and the rest in using Smart Tags.
| WPForms value | Juiced key | Notes |
|---|---|---|
{field_id="1|first"} | first_name | Name field, First subfield. |
{field_id="1|last"} | last_name | |
| Email field (field selector) | email | |
| Phone field (field selector) | phone | Check the format your buyers expect. |
{field_id="3|postal"} | zip | Always required. Use |address1, |city and |state for address_1, city, state. |
| Dropdown or Multiple Choice field | A custom field, for example project_type | Add it on the source's Fields tab first. List of Values fields accept only listed values. Checkboxes send several values joined with ||. |
{query_var key="utm_source"} | utm_source | Reads the value from the page URL. Add matching fields in Juiced, or they are not saved. |
| Hidden field holding the certificate | trusted_form_cert_url or jornaya_leadid | See TrustedForm and Jornaya below. |
Example request
POST https://usejuiced.com/api/v1/leads
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN
Content-Type: application/json; charset=utf-8
Accept: application/json
{
"first_name": "Dana",
"last_name": "Lee",
"email": "dana@example.com",
"phone": "(555) 555-0123",
"zip": "00001",
"utm_source": "facebook"
}
A 201 response with data.id, data.status and data.price means Juiced received the lead; data.status is accepted, rejected or duplicate (leads endpoint).
TrustedForm and Jornaya
Add a Hidden Field to the form and load the TrustedForm script on the page. TrustedForm's script writes the certificate URL into a field named by its field variable (TrustedForm Certify); set it to your hidden field's input name, which you can read by inspecting the live form, so WPForms saves the value. ActiveProspect documents this method for Gravity Forms but has no WPForms guide, so treat it as something to confirm on your first test. For Jornaya, Verisk's WordPress guide uses a hidden input with the id leadid_token, or a callback that names your field (Jornaya for WordPress). Then add trusted_form_cert_url or jornaya_leadid as a field in Juiced and map the hidden field to it in Request Body. Submit a test and confirm the value reaches the post inspector. Troubleshooting
- No Webhooks option in Settings. The addon needs the Elite license and must be installed and activated, and WPForms must be updated to the version the addon requires.
- Zip is missing or holds the whole address. A whole Address field sends all parts in one value. Use
{field_id="3|postal"}as a custom value. - 401 Unauthorized (
unauthenticated). The header value needsBearer, one space and the token, with no line break. A token also stops working 24 hours after you create a new one. Do not store the token in a form Hidden Field, since hidden values are visible in the page source. - 422 for a choice field. The value is not on the Juiced field's list of values, or a checkbox sent several values joined with
||. Juiced returnserror.codevalidation_failedwitherrorskeyed by field. - 201 with
data.statusrejected. Juiced received the lead but did not sell it. Open the log in Incoming logs to see why. More fixes in webhook troubleshooting.
Frequently asked
Does WPForms have a webhook?
Yes. The WPForms Webhooks addon sends entries to any URL by GET, POST, PUT, PATCH or DELETE, in JSON or form format, with request headers, a custom request body and conditional logic.
Which WPForms plan do I need for webhooks?
WPForms says you need the Elite license level to use the Webhooks addon.
Can WPForms send leads to a lead distribution platform?
Yes. A WPForms webhook can post each entry as JSON with an Authorization header to the Juiced leads endpoint, where the lead is routed to buyers by their bids, caps and criteria.
How do I send just the zip code from a WPForms Address field?
In the webhook Request Body, choose Add Custom Value and enter the subfield Smart Tag, for example {field_id="3|postal"} with your own field ID, under the key zip.
How do I pass a TrustedForm certificate from WPForms?
Add a Hidden Field, load the TrustedForm script, and set the script’s field variable to that hidden field’s input name. Then map the hidden field to a field such as trusted_form_cert_url in Juiced.
Route every WPForms lead to the right buyer
Once an entry reaches Juiced, it is routed to buyers by their bids, caps and criteria, and leads no buyer takes can go to your marketplace.
Scale your lead business, without limits
Juiced puts you in full control of your leads, routing, and revenue, so you can automate, optimize, and grow without chaos.
