Kitchen remodel leads are sold to one remodeler per lead, by trade and territory, and the job type decides the buyer.

16 of the 19 kitchen remodel companies in our directory sell exclusive leads, almost all through multi-trade contractor programs. A full remodel, a cabinet refacing and a countertop swap go to different buyers, so the project type is the first thing to capture.

In short

Kitchen remodel leads are sold inside multi-trade contractor programs. Nearly every company here, 18 of the 19 in our directory, generates its own traffic and sells across many home trades, and only two publish anything kitchen specific: one targets established kitchen and bath remodelers with a cap per market, and one includes cabinet work and refacing.

The product is exclusive and territorial. 16 of the 19 sell exclusive leads, one locks one contractor per trade per territory, and two more cap how many remodelers they take in a market. Because a kitchen is a large, slow job, sellers screen on budget, timeline, ownership and decision authority, and one filters out small repair requests.

Juiced lets each remodeler fund a wallet, set filters and caps on ZIP code and project type, and bid above your minimum, so the highest bid wins the lead in seconds. Leads no buyer takes go to your own marketplace, where the price falls until someone buys. Delivery is by webhook into the remodeler's CRM, email or text, and approved returns are credited back to the wallet.

Exclusive real-time web leads lead the table: 16 of the 19 companies sell exclusive leads and 14 sell in real time. Calls are a large second product, with 8 selling inbound calls, 7 booking appointments and 4 doing live transfers, so a seller here competes with call and appointment programs and needs separate call tracking for those, because Juiced distributes web leads.

What kitchen remodel leads are screened for

Kitchen remodel sellers screen for a homeowner with a real, sizable project in the remodeler's area, not a quick fix.

  • Project type. Full remodel, new cabinets, refacing and countertops are different jobs. One company includes cabinet work and refacing in kitchen.
  • Budget, timeline and authority. A few sellers pre-qualify on stated budget and timeline, and one also checks that the homeowner can make the decision. One questionnaire filters out low intent and small repair requests.
  • Homeowner. One seller has the person state ownership as part of pre-qualification, and the same seller credits renters and projects that are not real as returns.
  • In the service area. Most programs match on ZIP code or service area. One verifies the ZIP code and blocks out-of-area leads before delivery, and 4 credit out-of-area leads as returns.
  • A reachable person. Most companies say they verify leads. Methods named include a texted PIN to confirm the phone, real-time phone checks, a manual review team, contactability scoring and deduplication.

What a kitchen remodel lead has to carry

Remodelers target by service area, set as ZIP codes, a radius with exclusions, neighborhoods or the first digits of a ZIP code, and then by trade and job type. One program also lets them target by project size, and a few bid or set prices by area.

Every lead type in Juiced starts with ten default fields. Add your own on top, and decide for each one whether it is required and whether the buyer receives it.

What you need to decide on a lead is not what you need to sell it

Every field carries four switches rather than one required flag.

Required for postMandatory when the lead is created: the full record you are selling.
Required for pingMandatory when checking which buyers want it. Usually a much shorter list.
DeliverableWhether the field is included in the data sent on to the buyer.
Hidden from API specKept off the public specification page.

Ping with zip, project_type, timeline and homeowner. That tells a remodeler whether the job is in territory and the kind of work they take, without exposing contact details before the bid.

Exclusive by trade and territory, with a few exceptions

Exclusivity here means one remodeler per lead, and often one per market. One company locks one contractor per trade per territory, and two cap the number of remodelers per market. Several say leads are never shared, resold or recycled.

Not everyone sells it that way. One marketplace lets the homeowner choose how many quotes they want and tells the buyer how many contractors received the lead, one sends shared leads to a cap of businesses while keeping calls exclusive, and one offers shared, exclusive or branded campaigns. A few run branded campaigns where the contractor's name appears on the page.

Check the agreement against the homepage. One seller's general terms say leads a contractor has not converted may go to other contractors after a set period, and the same company's FAQ asks for a minimum term while its terms let contractors leave at any time. In Juiced each lead goes to the highest bidder, so remodelers compete for exclusivity lead by lead.

How remodelers start and what they commit

Per lead is near universal, named by 17 of the 19 companies, with bidding or auction models at 5, per call at 4 and per appointment at 3. Pricing moves: one marketplace says prices vary by region, season and urgency, one sets call prices by local competition, and one uses dynamic pricing tied to the contractor's results.

Most say there is no long-term contract (12 of the 19), and several advertise no minimums or setup fees. The exceptions are worth copying: one requires an upfront purchase of call credits, one an initial deposit that sets the spending limit, one a weekly minimum, and one a minimum monthly lead volume on its pay-per-lead plan. Eight offer self-serve signup, and most involve a rep or account manager at some point.

One seller offers the first lead free. Skip that. Ask each remodeler to fund a balance before leads flow, with no promised count by a date. In Juiced the remodeler funds a wallet and is charged as each lead is delivered.

Returns and the feedback loop

Eight companies describe a credit or dispute process. The common reasons are a wrong number or invalid contact details and a lead outside the service area, at 4 companies each, then duplicates and work the contractor does not do. Individual policies add renters, projects that are not real and job seekers. One credits on the honor system with a click, and one reviews the call recording before crediting.

Several programs track outcomes. One asks contractors to share their set rate, win rate and order value, one runs a buyer portal for sales outcome feedback, others send daily disposition or weekly booked-job reports, and one large marketplace passes disposition data back to its publishers. A kitchen sale can take weeks, so agree what the remodeler reports back and when.

  • Write the return reasons before the first lead: invalid contact, outside the area, duplicate, wrong trade, renter.
  • Say plainly that a homeowner who chose another remodeler is not a return.
  • In Juiced, approved returns are credited back to the remodeler's wallet.

The supply side: who buys from publishers

Eight companies buy from someone else: partner websites, affiliates, publishers, call sellers and agencies with overflow calls. They connect through tracking links, embedded forms, a single standard API, unique tracking numbers per vertical and call transfers into live buyer conversations.

Payouts are per qualified referral, per qualified call, or set lead by lead by live buyer competition, and one call network pays weekly to affiliates who meet a minimum monthly volume. Rules include no incentivized or robocall traffic, an application listing your traffic sources, and offer guidelines with keyword restrictions.

If you buy traffic to resell, keep a source sub ID on every lead. One large marketplace reports results by source, campaign and sub ID, and buyers here expect to see where a lead came from.

How Juiced runs a kitchen remodel lead business

  1. Buyers fund a wallet

Each buyer adds funds before leads arrive and is charged as each lead is delivered. Approved returns are credited back to the wallet. No invoices to send and no payments to chase.

  2. Buyers set filters and caps, then bid

Each buyer filters on your fields and caps how many leads they take. They bid above your minimum, and the highest bid wins the lead in seconds.

  3. Delivery goes where the buyer works

By webhook into the buyer’s CRM, by email or by text.

  4. Unsold leads go to your marketplace

A lead no buyer takes is not dropped. It goes to your own marketplace, where its price falls until someone buys it outright or a standing buy order picks it up.

Frequently asked

Are kitchen remodel leads usually exclusive?

Yes. 16 of the 19 companies in our directory sell exclusive leads, and one locks one contractor per trade per territory. A few sell shared leads, one states a cap on how many businesses receive each one, and one lets the homeowner pick how many quotes they get.

Should cabinet refacing and countertop leads be separate from full remodels?

Yes, if you have buyers for each. One company counts cabinet work and refacing as kitchen. Capture project_type and let each buyer filter on it.

What do kitchen remodelers screen for?

A homeowner in their area with a stated project, budget and timeline. A few sellers pre-qualify on those, one checks decision authority, and one filters out small repair requests.

Do kitchen remodel sellers sell calls and appointments too?

Many do. 8 of the 19 sell inbound calls, 7 book appointments and 4 do live transfers, often through a call center that confirms appointments. Juiced distributes web leads, so calls need separate call tracking.

What consent records do sellers in this market offer?

Several mention them. One certifies consent with a third-party certificate and asks contractors to keep it, one confirms opt-in before selling a lead, one stores consent logs, and a few show form language naming partner companies. A few put consent and opt-outs on the buyer or partner. The rules are published by the FCC and FTC.

How quickly do remodelers expect the first lead?

Lead delivery is real time at most companies. Getting started takes longer: several say the first leads arrive within days of setup. In Juiced, delivery is by webhook into a CRM, email or text the moment a lead sells.

What do kitchen remodel leads sell for?

No prices are published here. Sellers rarely publish them, and what a kitchen remodel lead sells for depends on whether it is exclusive or shared, a web lead or a call, the geography, how fresh it is and how many buyers want it. The pay-per-lead pricing guide shows how to work out your own floor from cost and let buyers bid above it.

Does Juiced handle kitchen remodel calls or live transfers?

No. Juiced distributes web leads and delivers them by webhook, email or text. It does not track or route phone calls, so if calls are part of your product you need call tracking software for that side.
