In short

Window and door leads are a replacement contractor's product. 36 of the 47 companies in our directory sell exclusive leads and 36 sell in real time, mostly as part of multi-trade home services programs. Calls and appointments run alongside: 18 sell inbound calls, 14 live transfers and 12 booked appointments.

This is a crowded market, so proof is how sellers compete. Most describe how they verify leads, with texted one-time codes, phone validation services, live verification calls and duplicate checks, and 28 say something about consent. Read the agreement as well as the homepage: several companies here say one thing in marketing and another in their terms.

Juiced lets each window contractor fund a wallet, set filters and caps on ZIP code, project type and window count, and bid above your minimum, so the highest bid wins the lead in seconds. Leads no buyer takes go to your own marketplace, where the price falls until someone buys. Delivery is by webhook into the contractor's CRM, email or text, and approved returns are credited back to the wallet.

Exclusive real-time web leads dominate, with 36 of the 47 companies selling each. Calls are the second product: 18 sell inbound calls, 14 live transfers and 12 appointments, while shared leads (6), aged leads (4) and semi-exclusive leads (2) are rare. Calls, transfers and appointments need separate call tracking, because Juiced distributes web leads.

What windows and doors leads are screened for

Window and door sellers screen for an owner with a replacement project the contractor can quote, in the contractor's territory.

  • Replacement, not repair. A few sellers name window and door replacement specifically, and one marketplace separates replacement, installation and repair. One questionnaire filters out small repair requests and one seller filters repair-only requests.
  • Homeowner. Several sellers filter for homeownership. One only takes leads from owners or authorized decision makers, one network refuses renters without the owner's authorization, and a few credit tenants or renters as returns.
  • Project details. One seller pre-qualifies on budget and readiness to quote, and another describes window projects as energy efficiency, urgent or design driven. Window count and project scope tell a contractor the size of the job.
  • A real, reachable person. Four sellers confirm the phone with a texted one-time code or PIN, five run phone validation services, and five use a live call or human review. One grades every lead with a letter contact score.
  • Duplicates and fraud. Several check duplicates within a set window. Others name reCAPTCHA, device and session fraud signals, bot and click-farm filtering, and a recorded source URL, timestamp and IP on each lead.
  • Decision maker and timing. One seller's live agent confirms project type, address, decision maker status, timeline and readiness to hire before delivery, and includes the call notes with the lead.

What a windows and doors lead has to carry

Contractors target by ZIP code, radius or service area, then by trade and project type. A few lock one contractor per trade per territory or per service area, and one lets buyers bid by geography, demographics and time of day.

Every lead type in Juiced starts with ten default fields. Add your own on top, and decide for each one whether it is required and whether the buyer receives it.

What you need to decide on a lead is not what you need to sell it

Every field carries four switches rather than one required flag.

Required for postMandatory when the lead is created: the full record you are selling.
Required for pingMandatory when checking which buyers want it. Usually a much shorter list.
DeliverableWhether the field is included in the data sent on to the buyer.
Hidden from API specKept off the public specification page.

Ping with zip, project_type, window_count, project_scope, homeowner and timeline. That tells a contractor whether the job is in territory and the size of work they want before they bid, while contact details wait for the post.

Exclusive leads, territories and the exceptions

Exclusive is the default: 36 of the 47 sell exclusive leads, and 20 say each lead goes to one contractor or buyer, often adding that it is never resold, rotated or shared. Several go further and lock one contractor per trade per territory, per service area or per market, or sell a reserved territory on a flat subscription.

The exceptions are explicit. One seller lets the buyer choose exclusive or shared on each order, one sells non-exclusive leads to several installers at a lower rate, one semi-exclusive product goes to two buyers, and one marketplace lets the homeowner choose how many quotes they get.

Read the terms. One company's marketing says one lead, one agent, while its terms say leads are non-exclusive unless agreed in writing. Another's buyer page promises exclusive leads while its consumer page offers several quotes, and another's search description mentions shared leads while the page says exclusive only. In Juiced each lead goes to the single highest bidder, so contractors who want exclusivity compete for it lead by lead.

How contractors start and what they commit

Per lead is the main model, named by 37 of the 47 companies, with custom quotes at 15, per call at 13, bidding or auction at 8, per appointment at 6 and subscriptions at 5. One appointment seller charges only when an appointment is issued, demoed or sold. One generator sells flat-priced leads to small buyers and runs dynamic ping post bidding for aggregators and networks.

Most say there is no long-term contract (25 of the 47), and several advertise no minimums or setup fees. Eight ask for a commitment: a prepaid deposit that sets the spending limit, an upfront purchase of call credits, a fixed credit commitment for weekly payment plans, an appointment package with a minimum count, or a weekly or monthly minimum. Two say unused prepaid balances are refundable, and one subscription is due regardless of results.

Contractors usually start with a territory check. 8 of the 47 check availability or demand in the contractor's area first, 16 offer self-serve signup, and two start with a paid trial or pilot campaign. Ask for a funded balance before leads flow, with no free sample leads and no promised count by a date. In Juiced the contractor funds a wallet and is charged as each lead is delivered.

Returns: what counts and what does not

30 of the 47 companies say something about returns or credits, and the published lists agree. Credited: invalid or disconnected contact details (12 companies), a lead outside the agreed area or spec (11) and duplicates (9), with a few adding tenants or renters, job seekers, competitors, a wrong person, or an exclusive lead that was sold to someone else.

Not credited: 7 spell out that unreachable homeowners, no answer, no interest, a declined quote or a homeowner who hired someone else do not qualify, though one appointment seller credits a homeowner who hired someone first or never answered after many attempts. Remedies are mostly credits or replacements rather than cash: 8 say no refunds, non-refundable fees or credits only. One seller suspends delivery if a buyer files a chargeback without disputing first.

  • Write the return reasons before the first lead and give each a set window.
  • Say plainly that a homeowner who chose another contractor is not a return, unless you sell appointments and decide otherwise.
  • In Juiced, approved returns are credited back to the contractor's wallet.

28 of the 47 say something about consent. 10 reference a third-party consent certificate or its tracking script, several record the consent language, timestamp, IP and page URL, and one network requires publishers to pass all of that with each lead and reviews forms before launch. Three companies' consumer terms say the consent covers contact even if the number is on a do-not-call list, and one seller's terms make the buyer solely responsible for do-not-call compliance and opt-outs. The rules are published by the FCC and FTC.

20 of the 47 buy from someone else: affiliates, publishers, media buyers, SEO publishers, email and social audience owners, agencies and other pay-per-call networks. They connect by ping post, host and post, API, embedded forms, tracked phone numbers and white label portals, and pay per accepted lead or billable call, as a revenue share that rises with volume, weekly at a few and monthly at a few. One white label program lets the network owner keep the spread.

Supply rules are strict. Several ban incentivized traffic, one refuses partner landing pages and forms, and one bans trademark bidding and cloaked traffic. Keep a source sub ID on every lead you buy, so a contractor's returns trace back to the publisher behind them.

How Juiced runs a windows and doors lead business

  1. Buyers fund a wallet

Each buyer adds funds before leads arrive and is charged as each lead is delivered. Approved returns are credited back to the wallet. No invoices to send and no payments to chase.

  2. Buyers set filters and caps, then bid

Each buyer filters on your fields and caps how many leads they take. They bid above your minimum, and the highest bid wins the lead in seconds.

  3. Delivery goes where the buyer works

By webhook into the buyer’s CRM, by email or by text.

  4. Unsold leads go to your marketplace

A lead no buyer takes is not dropped. It goes to your own marketplace, where its price falls until someone buys it outright or a standing buy order picks it up.

Frequently asked

Are window and door leads usually exclusive?

Yes. 36 of the 47 companies in our directory sell exclusive leads, and a few lock one contractor per trade per territory. Shared leads appear at 6, and one seller lets the buyer choose exclusive or shared on each order.

Do window lead sellers also book appointments?

Some do: 12 of the 47 companies book appointments, several through a call center or inside sales team that books or confirms them. One charges only when an appointment is issued, demoed or sold. Juiced distributes web leads, so appointments and calls need separate tracking.

How do window lead sellers prove a lead is real?

Most describe verification. Four confirm the phone with a texted one-time code, five run phone validation services, five use a live call or human review, and several check duplicates and fraud signals. Ask each seller which of these they actually run.

What should a window lead return policy cover?

Invalid contact details, leads outside the agreed area or spec, duplicates and renters, within a set window. Seven companies say outright that an unreachable homeowner or one who hired someone else is not a return.

What consent records do window lead sellers offer?

28 of the 47 mention consent. 10 reference a third-party consent certificate or its script, and several record consent language, timestamp, IP and page URL with each lead. Ask for the certificate URL on every lead. The rules are published by the FCC and FTC.

Do window lead companies buy from publishers?

20 of the 47 do, through ping post, API, embedded forms and tracked phone numbers. Expect manual approval, no incentivized traffic, and a consent record passed with every lead.

What do windows and doors leads sell for?

No prices are published here. Sellers rarely publish them, and what a windows and doors lead sells for depends on whether it is exclusive or shared, a web lead or a call, the geography, how fresh it is and how many buyers want it. The pay-per-lead pricing guide shows how to work out your own floor from cost and let buyers bid above it.

Does Juiced handle windows and doors calls or live transfers?

No. Juiced distributes web leads and delivers them by webhook, email or text. It does not track or route phone calls, so if calls are part of your product you need call tracking software for that side.
